Tumblr Inspirations

All my favourite pictures in one place

I'm currently loving: 90's grunge, pastel hair and perfect collars

I read a couple of posts last week on how to get semi permanent tips using art pastels. It looks amazing and apparently only lasts 2/3 washes. I want to get it coloured permanently but as I have to be suited and booted for a work I don't think my boss would appreciate. I'll blog about it at the weekend, watch this space!

Perfect Peter

A little while back I came across the new Tocca Fall lookbook while browsing around on tumblr. As soon as i laid my eyes on the look above, complete with a perfect vintage-inspired coat, peter pan collar, and fuzzy little cap, i fell in love. It’s no coincidence, the new designer at tocca is none other than Emma Fletcher (the former designer of the now defunct label, lyell). This season has plenty of looks to love: from the thick wool coats to the pretty scalloped shorts, and delicate silk and lace details.
As my upcoming Ebay collections centre around Peter Pan collars, lace and thick wool coats this is perfect inspiration for any would be Vintagesayyeah customer.

Take a little peek!

Summers Here

Here at Vintage Say Yeah we are packing away our woolly cardies in preparation for what we hope is going to be a very sunny week. For the first time this year we will be taking off those tights and bearing all to the world. But what should we be putting our pastey pins in this season?
The Vintage Say Yeah team have been searching far and wide to find you the best retro buys this season. Those key pieces that will get you through the hot summer days, not forgetting those downright miserable one's too. So here is our 2011 wishlist,  inspiration for our amazing vintage summer collection!

All the best high street trends we'll be wearing this summer, roll on glastonbury......
